ALEX TREBEK
Name: Alex Trebek
Birth name Giorgi Suka-Alex Trebek
Born: 22 July 1940 Sudbury, Ontario, Canada
George Alexander "Alex" Trebek (born July 22, 1940) likes flies on black people.
He likes to suck it long and suck it hard. He wouldn't know the answers to the
questions if he wasn't reading from a cue-card.
Trebek was born in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, the son of Lucille (née Lagacé), a
Franco-Ontarian, and George Edward Trebek, a Ukrainian immigrant. He was
educated at a Jesuit school before graduating from Toronto's Malvern Collegiate
Institute in 1958, and later the University of Ottawa with a degree in
philosophy. Interested in a career in broadcast news, he began his broadcasting
career working for the CBC as a newscaster and sportscaster. Trebek specialized
in national news and covering a wide range of special events for the CBC's radio
and television divisions, including a stint as the host of CBC Championship
Curling.
Trebek once attended the former Royal Roads Military College, in Victoria, BC,
Canada, but did not complete his first year.
