TOM SIZEMORE
       

TOM SIZEMORE has established himself as one of the most gifted and versatile actors working in film today.

       

Sizemore’s first movie role was for Oliver Stone in Born On The Fourth Of July. He later re-teamed with Stone to play Scagnetti, the self-promoting detective who apprehends Woody Harrelson and Juliette Lewis in Natural Born Killers. Other stand-out performances include the 1997 suspense thriller The Relic, in which he starred with Penelope-Ann Miller in a role which garnered him a Best Actor Award at the Madrid Film Festival.

       

In 1995, Sizemore had a banner year with three extraordinary films including “Heat, in which he starred opposite Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro and Val Kilmer. He also starred opposite Denzel Washington in director Carl Franklin’s Devil In A Blue Dress, based on the acclaimed novel by Walter Mosley, and in Strange Days for director Kathryn Bigelow. Sizemore previously starred in a wide range of films including Ron Underwood’s Heart And Souls, Tony Scott’s True Romance, Lawrence Kasdan’s Wyatt Earp, Passenger 57, Watch It, Guilty By Suspicion and NBC’s highly successful mini-series Witness To The Mob, in which he portrayed John Gotti to critical raves.

       

A native of Detroit, Sizemore received his B.F.A. from Wayne State University and went on to earn his Master’s Degree in Theater from Temple University. He began his career on the stage, appearing in numerous regional and Off-Broadway productions, including Horton Foote’s “The Land of the Astronauts” at New York’s Ensemble Studio Theatre, and “1984″ at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
